Chief Software Architect

Prince Abiodun Adeolu Olaobaju – Adeolu is Our Chief Software Architect. He has over 21 years of experience in System analysis, design, and development. The larger part of the 21 years was spent as Head Of Information Technology /E-banking both in the then Equity and Intercontinental Bank where he retired as Deputy General Manager on 3rd December, 2009. His IT experience spanned through Multimedia, Web Development and E-learning content management. He has worked on designing and developing education portal solutions for commercial purposes while leading the e-banking team of Equity and Intercontinental Bank in Lagos Nigeria. A Degree holder, Prince Olaobaju equally has a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science and MBA in Information Technology Management from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi.

Apart from E-learning he has just concluded the design of the following applications:
RCCG ETOUR for Redeemed Christian Church Of God Mission Annual Pilgrimage to holy land of Israel.
Health Management System
E-campaign for those seeking elective office through ballot system.
Presently he is working with our team on Public E-Procurement portal fashioned after Scotland E-Procurement System.

Chris Taiwo

 Chris an expert in Strategic Information Systems Planning, Business Continuity Planning, Enterprise Risk Management Reviews and Business Improvement & Organisational Change. He was international trainer on Performance Improvement through Benefits Management for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Graduated MSc Cranfield University and BSc, First Class, Thames Polytechnic, London (University of Greenwich), was previously with African Petroleum Ltd, and trained by British Petroleum UK, He worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers as a consultant for 18 years.
He is our project consultant.

Mr. Babatunde Yusuff- Yusuff is a qualified Network Engineer. He was the Infrastructure Engineer of the then Equity/Intercontinental Bank for some years before he was moved to other department within the bank. Mr Yusuff credentials speaks volume, among many other professional qualifications.

Mr Babatunde Yusuff is our Chief Engineer

Mr. Frank M. N- Frank is our Sales/Project Manager. He has a degree in Computer Science from University of Nsukka. He has worked on several projects. Frank has single handedly installed Domain Controllers-active directory, Proxy servers ISA Server and exchange server 2003. He is well versed in the technology of Alcatel Switch and other Vsat equipment.

Mr. Jimoh Olaolu Adebowale: is an experienced Joomla system administrator,
Php and HTML programmer and Oracle administrator. He has BSC in Computer Science from Babcock University. Olaolu heads the software development team.

Project Managers

Our experienced and outstanding Project Managers play a key role in the successful development and implementation of projects. They lead and perform comprehensive process, planning and execution of tasks within appropriate schedules and quality guidelines. They work towards improving the profitability of projects, and provide delivery management for the project. Project managers at Fountain Of Love Systems serves as single point of contact for all projects from planning to execution and take responsibility for customer expectation management, resource allocation, technical documentation, configuration management, review of test cases from quality engineers and ensure cross-project architectural consistency/adherence to standards. They bring about improvements in the process & execution of projects by collecting the right metrics of quality and follow the SDLC. They also play the role of mentors by providing leadership to the development team at FL Systems. Our project managers were qualified engineers with 4 to 10 years experience in project execution and management.

Testers

We have an experienced team of Quality Engineers at FL Systems to ensure high quality at every stage of the project. The Testers among other things define the testing strategy, plan and process for the projects in consultation with the Quality Control Lead. They verify and validate our project to ensure they meet requirements, report & analyze the results of such verification and validation and use manual & automated techniques for performing the tests but keeping with the quality standards and guidelines. The testers have an average experience of 2 to 5 years in software development and testing.

User Interface Designers (UI)

The user interface team at FL Systems creates the interface elements of all our project – HTML interfaces, graphics and flash elements. The UI designers are also responsible for ensuring the usability of all our solutions. The UIDs have 2 to 5 years of experience in UI development.

Software Developers

The development team at FL System comprises of Six Software Engineers with 2 to 6 years of experience. This team forms an integral part of our entire project effort. They specify, create, modify, maintain and test significant software components that are part of the larger project. They are responsible for the code, functional validity and quality of subcomponents. They ensure adherence to design and code to defined standards and processes. They also document technical aspects & changes to code.
